The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the incentive program in the Czech Savings Bank (Česká spořitelna), namely at the Regional branch in Brno. The main aim of the work is finding the way how to increase motivation and satisfaction of employees at the Brno Regional Branch and thus to achieve higher staff performance. In finding out the current situation the questionnaire investigation method has been used on the results of which some proposals on improving the current situation have been specified at the conclusion of the thesis.

The first part is focused on clarification of the notions of reward, evaluation, wages, motivation, and their mutual relations. The second part presents company P. R. Trans, mainly focusing on its personnel policy, and its systems of remuneration and motivation. Finally, a proposal for a new incentive program is offered.
